The role holder will primarily be responsible for costing, planning for Contest/ Compensation scheme for AD; making different statistics, analysis to support business.

 Education, no. of year experience:
- University degree or above (Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Banking...);

- Related Insurance/Banking/Planning/Finance experience will be preferable.
Skills:
- Good at Mathematics, logical thinking
- Good computer skill, especially in using Excel, Access, Power point.
- Good communication and teamwork

Mô tả công việc
- Hỗ trợ tính toán các yêu cầu liên quan sản phẩm như giá trị hoàn lại, lãi vay hợp đồng…
- Hỗ trợ hoàn thiện quy trình, hệ thống vận hành sản phẩm với khách hàng.
- Thu thập thông tin và phân tích các sản phẩm bảo hiểm, đặc biệt là sản phẩm bảo hiểm nhân thọ ở Việt Nam.
- Hỗ trợ phân tích, thiết kế, định phí, và thiết lập hệ thống sản phẩm.
- Thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu theo yêu cầu của các cấp quản lý như thống kê tình hình triển khai sản phẩm, tỷ lệ chi trả, tỷ lệ hủy …
- Các nhiệm vụ khác được giao. 		  Job Description
- Support calculations on product related matters such as surrender value, policy loans…
- Support completing product operating processes and procedures.
- Collect information and analyze insurance products, especially life insurance products in Vietnam.
- Support with analyzing, designing, pricing, and system-setting of product.
- Collect and analyze statistics according to management such as product sales, experience study, lapse…
- Other tasks assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
- Khả năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết tiếng Anh (bắt buộc) hoặc tiếng Hoa (ưu tiên).
- Sử dụng thành thạo Vi tính văn phòng, đặc biệt Excel và Word.
- Ưu tiên kỹ năng lập trình như VBA.
- Ưu tiên đã thi và đậu một hoặc nhiều kì thi SOA.		  Requirements
- Reading, writing, listening and speaking in English ability is a must and Chinese is a plus (optional).
- Excellent in Windows Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Coding (such as VBA) experience is preferred.
- Prefer those who have taken and passed one or more SOA exams.
