Department: Agency Performances & Strategic Planning – Distribution
Working Location: HCMC
Responsibilities:
- Business performance and analytics:
- Identify, analyze and interpret sales trend: Provide timely analysis on General Agency performance, Agency Distribution performance with in-depth analysis in performance by Geography, based on defined KPIs
- Support Performance Manager in business planning, strategy development and preparation for Quarterly Sales meeting
- Support to develop performance dashboard, graph and visualizations to provide insightful information to support decision-making process
- Participate in the design and development of analytical projects designed to understand key business behaviors that drive sales
- Support in project management:
Requirements:
- Major in Economics, Accounting, Finance is preferred.
- Good Microsoft Offices Skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Words
- Good communication skills, Fluency in written English
- Self-motivation
- Detailed oriented
- Positive mind-set & teamwork mindset

Department: Actuarial – Finance & Actuarial Management
Working Location: HCMC
Responsibilities:
- Perform data quality control and validate User Acceptance Criteria for system enhancement
- Perform actuarial system (Prophet, data generation, etc.) enhancement and optimization
- Assist in developing actuarial reports and ensure all results are thoroughly checked for accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in result analysis, with reporting of known errors, omissions or anomalies.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Line manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Actuarial Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistic or Computer Science.
- Good progress in Actuarial professional examination is a plus.
- Knowledge in VBA Excel, SQL, R, Python, or any other programming language
- Good command of written and spoken English
