Giáo sư Nordhelm rất muốn gặp gỡ và trò chuyện với sinh viên và giảng viên và rất quan tâm tới việc tuyển sinh viên sang Wisconsin.
Abstract:
My lecturing plans are aimed at a more instructional goal. I would introduce some ideas of applied statistics. The lectures would be developed to be sequential -- in that each will build on the preceeding ones. My focus would be on ideas in applied regression and the practice of analysis of variance, and perhaps logistic regression.
I would also welcome the opportunity to meet with students in a group to discuss possibilities for education abroad (particularly at Wisconsin, secondarily at Singapore) but also generally. I am very interested in recruiting more good Vietnamese students to Wisconsin.
I would also be pleased to meet with students and faculty individually (or in small groups) in any way that I can be helpful.
