ANNOUNCEMENT NO.1

The international conference “Resonances in the Mathematical World” will take place at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science and High School for the Gifted, University of Science, Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City, from August 1-4, 2024. 

The conference aims to gather lecturers, researchers, students, and alumni of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science as well as of High School for the Gifted, to discuss recent developments in mathematics and mathematical sciences. It marks a milestone in reviewing the educational achievements of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science over the years, as well as commemorating the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City and High School for the Gifted. Incidentally, the conference also provides an opportunity to celebrate the 60th birthday of Professor Đặng Đức Trọng, a mentor to many generations of students from VNU-HCM.
